Ford virals part 2
Look, in case it wasn’t clear enough from the last post, I didn’t do the Ford viral ads. You arrived here because you miss-typed the address that appears at the end of the ads and got re-directed by the auto-search in IE. You can stop emailing me now. Thank you.

So since Ford produced the viral ads for their Ka I’ve been getting a steady stream of 4000 visitors a day to my old site eviltwin.co.uk looking for said ads. There’s been no content on eviltwin for over a year now but still they keep coming, so maybe I’ll offer the domain out to Ford’s rivals. If Audi wants to give me a TT (or even an A3), I’ll happily hand it over to them. I don’t think Ford could really offer me anything that would make me release it to them. Except maybe enough money to buy an Audi.

So anyone that was using the EUWDPC file browser primarily as an image gallery system should check out EUWDPCpix. Pete at editkid took the ball and ran with it and seemingly just kept running. It’s a superb image browser which I’m proud to say still has a few lines of my code in it (you can spot them, they’re the messy lines).
I’m not going to stop work on my file browser because I think the two products actually do different jobs.
So anyway, go check it out.
Textpattern
I’ve decided to go with Textpattern for the content management of this site. Seems to be working quite nicely although I imagine I’m going to be playing with the CSS for sometime trying to make it look as nice as it works.
